To meet the requirements of different types of filter machines, various combinations of monofilament or multifilament materials such as PET, PP, PA, and PPS composite fibers are employed in the construction of our filter belts to ensure excellent product quality.
Application
Sludge Dewatering: Used in a belt press filter, it is widely applied in sludge dewatering for municipal wastewater treatment plants, power plants, steel mills, paper mills, mines, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, textile dyeing, food processing, pharmaceutical factories, and the ceramics industry.
Woven Fabrics

Features
- Good dimensional stability under safe temperature conditions and subjected to a certain level of tension.
- Excellent chemical stability & resistance: acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance.
- High tensile strength and excellent abrasion resistance: superior durability and extended service life.
- Capable of meeting various filtration precision requirements: The filter belts can be tailored to achieve different levels of filtration accuracy, ensuring optimal performance for a wide range of applications.
- Excellent peeling performance: The filter belts offer superior cake release properties, ensuring efficient separation and reducing material sticking for smoother operation and easier cleaning.

Spiral Fabrics
The spiral link fabric has an exceptionally smooth surface, which has a far greater contact area thereby aiding filtration and extending fabric life by reducing mechanical wear.

These fabrics have found particular use for the highly stressed operating conditions of multi-roll compression belt filters (belt presses), in the dewatering of flocculated sludges; the absence of a mechanical seam in belts made from link fabric is of significant benefit, since this is often the weak link in conventional belts, and is frequently the first point of failure.
