To meet the requirements of fast and effective drying of the sheet, our dryer fabrics are constructed of a combination of optimized weave structures and various shapes of mono-filaments to increase the contact area, maximize the heat transfer and reduce steam consumption.

Spiral dryer fabrics are made with mono-filaments that are put in spiral form and then linked together by mono-filaments inserted into the spiral loops. The main advantages of spiral dryer fabrics are good dimensional stability and good fabric ventilation. The seam joint has the same construction as the rest of the fabric.
